October 2008
WOW! It was FANTASTIC!
in Murfreesboro, Tn, (home of the Best
Burgers in the State!) came off beautifully
on Wednesday, October 29, 2008!
"Buster" (Steve Crockarell) came out to
meet the bus from the Tennessee State
Veterans Home in Murfreesboro, and to
welcome our Vets to Buster's!
Don Hall, Frank Coven and Jack Mays
enjoyed huge
Buster Burgers, Fries and Beer ... all
compliments of Buster's Place!
About midway through the meal,
Rich Peoples, VetsNiteOut's Hosts
& Sponsors Coordinator, stood up and
introduced the Veterans and the applause
from everyone was wonderful!
Frank Coven presented a framed
Certificate of Appreciation to Steve
Crockarell for his generosity, and Steve
was obviously and genuinely proud to
have them!
could not have been any better! Everyone
was laughing and talking and grinning
from ear to ear ... and the Vets are still
talking about it!
Tentatively scheduled, NEXT UP:
Host Vets from Boulevard Terrace
Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in
Murfreesboro, Tn.
Karin's Kustard is like an "old fashioned
drive-in", complete with picnic-tables
and "dripping-down-your-arm"
hamburgers, "fountain cokes" and
extra-thick shakes and malts ...
the Vets will love it!
Stay tuned!
